For July 2022, I've continued to create multimedia, storybook-like art that highlights my pencil sketching technique.

Postcards From July showcases my love and respect for nature and feature three specific animal friends I feel a special connection to, moose, orca, and wolf.

About Wolf: I felt the pull to feature the wolf during my birth month of July. It is no secret that the Oregon wolf has been up against the odds and fighting for its survival. Despite the most extensive intelligent efforts of conservationists, sadly, collared/monitored protected wolves have been continuously discovered killed intentionally with poison. As their habitat continues to cross paths with a growing human footprint into remote natural areas, the wolves of the Pacific Northwest need friends and strategies that work for both them and other residents.
